It brings board packs, meeting materials, agendas, data rooms, annotations, secure surveys, voting, minutes and resolutions into one governance workspace. Group-wide board and committee views help teams manage multiple governance bodies, while segregated access supports external directors and secretary-controlled permissions define who can access materials. Its iOS platform focus makes it particularly suited to iPad-centric groups.

The strongest fit is its coverage of the meeting lifecycle. GlobalBoards supports preparation with meeting materials, agendas and data rooms, then carries work through annotations, voting, minutes and resolutions. Offline iPad access with synchronization extends access when connectivity is limited. When connected with Corporatek’s EnGlobe governance system, the product can prepare meeting materials, add lifecycle events to agendas, update virtual minute books and support post-meeting filings. That combination gives organizations using EnGlobe a more connected governance workflow than the portal provides on its own.
