GlassTrax is an ERP system for glass fabricators and glass insulators, with a scope suited to established manufacturers and larger facilities. Its workflow spans estimating and quoting, sales order entry, inventory control, CRM, purchasing, production tracking, process batches, scheduling, reporting, accounting, and batch invoicing. The product is designed for growing glass shops and facilities with multiple users and locations, while its Windows platform keeps the deployment focus specific rather than cross-platform.

Its strongest area is the connection between commercial, material, and fabrication workflows. GlassTrax supports pricing matrices, spacer setup and tracking, insulated-unit and single-lite tracking, label printing, barcode scanning, and route planning. Optimizer software and cutting-table integration extend the system into production, while barcode systems support material and process tracking. For a manufacturer managing orders from estimate through fabrication and invoicing, this breadth can reduce the need to coordinate separate operational systems.

The main buying consideration is fit and evaluation effort.
