A broad GST billing toolkit with offline sync, but limited integrations and costly premium plans.

GimBooks is a cloud-based, mobile-first invoicing and bookkeeping platform for Indian businesses, including retailers, wholesalers, distributors, service businesses, and other MSMEs. It supports GST-compliant invoices, recurring invoice templates, payment reminders, online payment links, UPI collection, quotations, purchase bills, receipts, credit notes, ledgers, and business reports. Web, Android, and iOS access, together with offline billing and cloud synchronization, make it suited to businesses that need billing continuity across locations or connectivity conditions.
The pricing structure combines a free option with a 7-day trial and paid Premium plans. Premium — 1 Year costs INR 4999 as a one-time payment for 12 months, while Premium — 3 Years costs INR 11000 as a one-time payment for three years. Premium — Lifetime costs INR 24000 as a one-time lifetime payment. Each paid plan includes unlimited invoicing and access to all features in the app and website. Prices exclude 18% GST. Businesses that need e-waybills can add 125 e-waybills for INR 1250, 400 for INR 2999, or 1000 for INR 4999, each as a one-time purchase.
Its strongest fit is breadth within GST-focused billing: e-invoice and e-waybill generation, GST return reporting and filing support, inventory with low-stock alerts, and offline synchronization sit alongside core invoicing. The platform is available on web, iOS, and Android, but Tally is the only listed integration. That makes GimBooks a practical choice for Indian businesses seeking a wide set of GST and bookkeeping workflows in one product, especially where offline billing matters. Businesses that depend on a broader integration ecosystem or want unlimited invoicing at a lower premium price should consider other options.
