Gatewise is a cloud-based access control platform for multifamily, student housing, self-storage, mixed-use, senior, and other commercial properties. It combines a resident mobile app with a cloud management portal for vehicle gates, pedestrian doors, amenities, model units, and unit locks. Managers can issue mobile and wallet credentials, create temporary visitor access, review audit logs, schedule permissions, unlock remotely, and manage access across properties. Web, iOS, and Android support make it suited to portfolios that need resident and staff access from multiple platforms.
The published plans are organized into Essential, Advanced, and Complete, with pricing handled through a sales quote. Essential includes gate and amenity access, the mobile app, a cloud-based portal, PMS integrations, and Guest Access. Advanced adds Apple or Google Wallet access and self-guided tours, while Complete adds unit locks and access control from gates to front doors. Hardware is priced separately, so buyers should evaluate software and deployment costs together. There is no free plan.
