Funflow is a low-code business process management platform for banking, finance, and other organizations with approval-heavy workflows. Its visual BPM engine supports nine step types, versioned workflow definitions, and live process instances. The platform also combines no-code datasets, dynamic forms, document submission, reports, dashboards, public forms, custom REST APIs, document OCR, and machine-learning workflows. It is available as SaaS, with enterprise deployment options for private cloud, on-premises, or air-gapped environments. Teams automating origination, onboarding, servicing, collections, or reconciliation will find its scope particularly relevant.

The current published plans show Starter at $100 per month, billed annually. It includes the core BPM engine, up to 10 users, five published workflows, datasets, dynamic forms, document submission, Report Builder, personal dashboards, and email and storage connectors. Professional is $1,900 per month, billed annually, and adds unlimited users and workflows, Custom API Builder, Machine Learning, Document OCR + AI, Public Forms, Debt Collection Campaigns, SSO / SAML, a security policy, and priority support. Enterprise adds self-hosted or private-cloud deployment, a dedicated isolated environment, SLA, DPA and compliance reviews, solution engineering, onboarding, and 24/7 support with a named contact.

Funflow’s strongest distinction is its combination of process management and structured data work. Typed fields, indexes, row-level permissions, versioned APIs, configurable connectors, and OTP-verified public forms support workflows that extend beyond simple task routing. Connectors cover storage, email, notification, SMS, HTTP, and AI providers. The tradeoff is a focused platform and web-only coverage rather than a broad general-purpose automation ecosystem. Choose Funflow when governed BPM, document extraction, datasets, and configurable APIs matter together. Teams seeking a lower-cost entry point, wider platform coverage, or a broader integration catalog should consider alternatives.
