FuelSetu is a fuel station and fleet fuel management platform from Aariko Inc. It is designed for petrol pump owners, fuel retailers, transport companies, logistics operators, and corporate fleets. The product covers vehicle-wise and driver-wise transaction tracking, fuel limits, QR-based fueling authorization, fleet credit balances and collections, multi-outlet reporting, shift reconciliation, nozzle-level tracking, tank dip readings, and stock variance detection. Web, Windows, iOS, and Android access support different operational roles, including owners, supervisors, operators, and B2B customers.

Pricing is organized around outlet-based annual billing. The Annual plan costs INR 18,000 per outlet per year and includes all features, unlimited dispensers and nozzles, unlimited staff accounts, B2B credit and QR fueling, reports with PDF export, and push notifications. The 2-Year Plan costs INR 28,800 per outlet per 2 years and adds priority support, while the 3-Year Plan costs INR 37,800 per outlet per 3 years and also includes priority support. A seven-day free trial is available, with no credit card required. Pricing excludes applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

FuelSetu’s strongest fit is for operators that need controls and reconciliation across multiple outlets rather than basic transaction recording. Its integrations include Tally Prime, Tally ERP 9, Zoho Books, Paytm Business, PhonePe Business, Razorpay, HDFC POS, ICICI POS, and Axis POS. Offline functionality for core operations, multilingual interfaces, and role-based access broaden its operational fit. Choose FuelSetu when vehicle, driver, credit, QR, inventory, and outlet reporting need to work together. Consider an alternative if the requirement is a general accounting or fleet platform without a fuel-station focus.
