FormaPortal is a no-code customer and member portal platform for organisations that need private, branded spaces for clients, members, partners, vendors or other contacts. It supports both individual and organisation accounts, with custom domains, onboarding and application forms, file uploads, tier-based content visibility, document and media sharing, support tickets, quote and job tracking, events, subscriptions, payments, invoicing and analytics. Configuration takes place from a dashboard without installing or hosting software, making it suited to membership and service businesses that want a managed web portal rather than a self-hosted system.

Pricing scales through four plans. Starter costs £49 per month and includes 200 contacts, 10 organisation accounts, 3 team seats, 75 GB of storage, 1 custom domain and email support. Professional costs £179 per month for 1,500 contacts, 50 organisation accounts, 10 team seats, 150 GB of storage, 3 custom domains and email support. Scale costs £449 per month and raises those limits to 6,000 contacts, 250 organisation accounts, 25 team seats and 300 GB of storage, with 5 custom domains and an account manager. Custom offers negotiated pricing with custom contacts, organisation accounts, team seats, storage, domains and modules, plus an account manager. Prices exclude VAT.

The product’s broad module coverage is its main reason to shortlist it: a single portal can combine request intake, work tracking, file sharing, membership access, transactions and reporting. Integrations with Zapier, Xero, QuickBooks, Stripe, MCP and Google Tag Manager support connections beyond the portal itself. The trade-off is scope and cost: the service is web-only, and the entry plan may suit smaller programmes better than growing organisations with larger contact or account requirements. Choose FormaPortal when branded access and varied member or client workflows matter; consider an alternative when native app coverage or a free starting tier is essential.
