Our verdict on FolloSOFT
FolloSOFT is a management platform for commercial snow removal and exterior maintenance contractors. It brings managers and field crews into one operating model through a web portal plus tablet and mobile applications. Its scope covers route planning, GPS directions, fleet visibility, client notifications, contract and service-location management, visit logs, reporting, renewals and payments. That makes it a strong fit for established contractors coordinating recurring commercial work, multiple tractors and contract renewals rather than small teams seeking a basic scheduling tool.
The published annual plans are Solo at 2,400, Growth at 5,400, Fleet Pro at 9,600 and Elite at 13,400. Enterprise is priced at 549 per tractor per year. Each plan lists the core software bundle, one admin licence, a mobile licence for each tractor, up to 4,000 push notifications per licence per season, onboarding and support. The structure is straightforward, but the plan highlights shown here do not distinguish feature additions between tiers, so buyers should focus on fleet size, tractor count and the final equipment and agreement terms. Tablet kits, LTE renewal and some integration fees may be charged separately.
FolloSOFT’s strongest case is breadth: route profitability, turn-by-turn tablet directions, live operational visibility, service reminders, contract records, service logs, client-facing renewals and digital payments sit within the same product.
