FNT Command brings IT, data center, and telecommunications infrastructure into a shared model of physical, logical, and virtual assets, services, dependencies, locations, and lifecycle information. It is aimed at mid-market and enterprise organizations managing complex or hybrid environments, including data center operators and telecommunications providers. Inventory, capacity planning, connectivity management, reporting, workflows, and service-impact analysis sit within the same platform, making it relevant where teams need to understand how infrastructure resources relate rather than track assets in isolation.

Capacity planning is a notable strength: the platform supports historical forecasting and scenario planning, alongside data center space, power, cooling, and thermal planning. Network and service resource management includes auto-routing, while dashboards, dependency maps, graphical views, and workflow automation support operational planning. CommandMobile adds mobile access with barcode scanning. The platform is available for cloud, self-hosted, and mobile deployment, and its integrations include ServiceNow CMDB, Cisco DNA, VMware vCenter, Nokia NFM-P, Infosim StableNet, and REST API. These options suit organizations connecting infrastructure management to existing operational systems; buyers with a narrower inventory need may find the breadth unnecessary.

Pricing is per user per month, billed annually, with modules priced separately. Asset Inventory starts at €115 and includes location, lifecycle, change, and warehouse management plus reporting and dependency views. Server & Applications and Telco Network & Services each cost €149; Data Center Management costs €199 and adds 2D and 3D room views, thermal visualization, and capacity and space planning. Cable & Connectivity is €319 and covers connections, fiber enclosures, routes, power supply, and IP management. Choose FNT Command when multiple infrastructure domains and forward-looking capacity decisions need a shared system. It is less suited to teams seeking a simple, low-cost asset tracker or a single-purpose planning tool.
