A low-cost rota platform covering scheduling, attendance, timesheets and labour reporting.

FlowRota is staff scheduling and rota software for restaurants, bars, pubs, cafés, venues and other shift-based teams. Managers can create, edit, copy and publish rotas, collect employee availability, handle leave and absence, coordinate open shifts and swaps, and notify staff about changes. Employees can access schedules and submit requests through web, iOS and Android apps. The product is aimed at small hospitality teams that need core rota administration alongside attendance and worked-hours tracking.
Pricing is straightforward: the FlowRota subscription costs £1 per active user per month, billed monthly. All features are included, with no setup fee and no upgrade tier. The plan includes a 30-day free trial, and the cheapest paid plan supports unlimited users, teams and locations. That makes the product easy to evaluate and keeps access to scheduling, attendance, timesheets and labour-cost reporting within one subscription. The trade-off is that there is no free plan, and the per-active-user model means the monthly cost increases with the number of active staff.
FlowRota’s feature coverage extends beyond basic rota publishing. Availability collection, scheduling conflict warnings, configurable working-time and shift-rule warnings, open-shift claims or bids, configurable leave limits, GPS or terminal clock-in, timesheets, worked-hours reporting and labour-cost reporting support day-to-day workforce administration. However, the product has no integrations, so teams that need connections to other restaurant, payroll or business systems should consider an alternative. FlowRota suits very small teams that want a focused, low-cost scheduling and attendance tool across web and mobile; larger or more connected operations may need a broader ecosystem.
