Floorplanner is a browser-based space-planning and visualization platform for homeowners, interior designers, retailers, real-estate professionals, and educators. Its editor supports rooms, walls, doors, windows, furnishings, and materials, with a real-time 3D design view alongside 2D and photorealistic rendering. Users can also publish interactive 3D tours, create public Spaceplanner links, embed projects on websites, and produce outputs up to 8K resolution. The browser-based workflow does not require additional software installation.
The freemium structure gives users a practical starting point. The Basic plan is free and includes SD 2D and 3D image exports, with a 10-minute cooldown between exports and limits of 3 floors and 3 designs per project. Plus adds monthly credits, removes the image-export cooldown, and removes watermarks from exported images. Pro is intended for professional use and adds monthly or yearly credits, custom branding, and room styles. One-time credit packs are available in 5 credits for $8.15, 10 credits for $16.30, 30 credits for $48.90, and 100 credits for $163.
