Our verdict on FLIP
FLIP is a mobile study-time management app from RinaSoft Inc. for students and other learners who want structured sessions, measurable goals, and social accountability. Available on iOS and Android, it supports goal-based timers, stopwatch sessions, phone-flip study-time measurement, timetables, reports, breaks, and white noise. Its study groups, live sessions, rankings, and community make it particularly suited to learners who enjoy comparing progress or studying alongside others.
Its standout strength is the combination of measurement and feedback. Users can record study time through timed goals or stopwatch sessions, then review daily, weekly, and monthly reports alongside concentration and achievement metrics. The automatic timetable adds planning, while study groups and live sessions extend the app beyond a private timer. The free plan includes study-time measurement, goals, timetables and reports, and study groups. Learners who want a focused timer without social competition may find this broader feature set more than they need.
The paid Premium plan adds unlimited premium features, timetables, weekly and monthly reports, and backup and restore. Premium prices are listed in KRW for the Korean App Store and may differ by storefront. FLIP is therefore a strong fit for mobile learners who value progress tracking, group accountability, and rankings, especially if the free plan covers their core workflow. Choose an alternative if desktop access is important or if a simpler, solo-first timer is a better match.
