Our verdict on FlexBookz
FlexBookz is cloud-based appointment software built for tanning salons and other wellness businesses. Its tanning-focused tools cover a separate booking calendar for each sunbed, 24/7 online reservations, client profiles, memberships, session cards and intake forms that capture skin type and safety information. That makes it a practical fit for solo operators, small teams and growing salons that want booking, client records and front-desk transactions in one web application.
Pricing is split between Flex Start and Flex Pro, with monthly and annual billing. Flex Start costs €14.99 per month monthly, or €12.49 per month on annual billing, and includes the booking widget, unlimited staff, calendar management, email confirmations and reminders, client management and automatic review requests. Flex Pro costs €29.99 monthly or €24.99 on annual billing, adding SMS reminders, staff scheduling, point of sale, gift cards, memberships and advanced analytics and reports. A 30-day trial is available without a credit card, and prices exclude VAT. Flex Enterprise adds unlimited locations, accounting, payroll and commission management, staff permissions, a dedicated account manager and a white-label option.
The strongest operational fit is for salons organized around UV beds and recurring packages. Automatic SMS and email reminders, session countdowns and built-in POS reduce the need to connect separate booking and payment tools, while GDPR support and 24/7 stated support provide useful baseline coverage through email and documentation. FlexBookz runs on the web, so teams should expect a browser-based workflow rather than a native application. Its published feature set is focused on tanning-salon fundamentals; businesses centered on spray tanning or requiring broader specialized workflows should compare alternatives before choosing it.
