FleetPal is cloud-based fleet maintenance software for heavy-duty commercial fleets managing trucks, trailers, vehicles, and equipment. It brings digital work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, parts inventory, inspections, defect tracking, reporting, and telematics integrations into one system. The product is suited to fleet managers who need to track repairs, service history, maintenance costs, parts usage, downtime, and asset performance across operational equipment.
The free plan covers a substantial maintenance workflow, including digital work orders for internal and outsourced repairs, maintenance schedules, parts stock levels, digital DVIRs, custom inspection forms, QR-based defect reporting, and fleet reporting. Fleetpal Inspect is free indefinitely for qualified fleets with at least 30 active power units in the United States or Canada. Custom inspections can use VMRS-coded templates, while inspection and defect workflows can connect into work orders. These capabilities make FleetPal a practical fit for smaller fleets seeking core maintenance controls without starting with a paid plan.
FleetPal also fits fleets that already use telematics from Samsara, Motive, Geotab, EROAD, or Coretex. The product supports cloud and mobile deployment, with mobile access listed alongside a web platform. The main FleetPal platform uses personalized per-unit pricing through contact with sales, so paid access is oriented toward fleet-specific quotes rather than a published price structure. Fleets needing a broad maintenance, inspection, parts, reporting, and telematics workflow should consider FleetPal; teams that require a publicly stated paid price or support beyond email may prefer a different option.
