FlashDesk review
A broad remote-access toolkit with a useful free plan and AI-tool integrations.

FlashDesk is a remote desktop application for personal users, support work, and business teams. It supports remote screen viewing and control across Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, and iOS, with attended connections requiring manual approval and unattended access using a preconfigured password. Its feature set also covers SSH command-line access, file transfer, session recording and playback, chat, connection folders, Wake-on-LAN, and organization administration. It fits teams that need more than basic screen sharing, particularly those combining remote support with developer or AI workflows.
The published plans divide personal access from organizational use. Free includes screen sharing and remote control, SSH, file transfer, recording and playback, and chat, but is restricted to personal, non-commercial activity. Pro adds the administrative layer: an admin console, seat management, license management, session logs, usage visibility, and an SDK API. Pro is therefore the relevant choice for commercial teams, while Free suits individual, non-commercial use. Pricing is displayed in Japanese yen and includes consumption tax.
FlashDesk’s ecosystem is a notable part of its fit. Alongside native Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, and iOS support, it offers integrations with Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Windsurf, VS Code with GitHub Copilot Chat, and Codex CLI. The combination of remote control, SSH, file handling, recording, and API access gives support and technical teams several ways to manage sessions and workflows. Choose FlashDesk if you want broad remote-access coverage with AI-tool connectivity; choose another option if commercial administration is needed without moving to Pro, or if personal use is not the intended licensing model.
