Finoya is a web-based cash flow management platform for small businesses, accountants, and fractional CFOs. It connects with accounting platforms, synchronizes financial data, monitors cash flow health, and provides forecasting, scenario planning, invoice and bill tracking, and KPI monitoring. Its Noya AI financial assistant answers questions and provides recommendations based on connected accounting data. Advisors can manage multiple client businesses from a centralized dashboard, making the product particularly suited to practices overseeing several accounts.

The published plans show a free Business plan with AI CFO (Noya), a Cash Flow Health Score, cash flow forecasting, scenario planning, Sales Performance Insights, and a Monthly Report. The Advisor plan costs $39 per client per month when billed monthly and adds all core Finoya features per client, a multi-client dashboard, unlimited AI usage, a Monthly Report per client, weekly auto-sync per client, and volume discounts for larger practices. Finoya also advertises a seven-day free trial flow, while the Business plan is presented as free access for sign-ups before Sep 30, 2026.

Integration breadth is a major part of Finoya’s fit. The platform supports QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, MYOB, FreshBooks, Zoho Books, Clear Books, Microsoft Dynamics, Tally, Wave, Mekari Jurnal, Wafeq, Odoo, Oracle NetSuite, and Qoyod. Its forecasting covers 30-, 60-, and 90-day periods, while scenario planning addresses income, expenses, payroll, hiring, and pricing decisions. Businesses wanting accounting-connected cash flow visibility should consider Finoya’s Business plan; advisors managing multiple client accounts should look at Advisor. It is less suitable for teams requiring a non-web platform or workflows beyond accounting-platform synchronization.
