A feature-rich Apple task and habit planner with a capable free tier.

Finale To Do is a personal planner, task manager, reminder app, and habit tracker for iPhone, iPad, and Mac. It suits solo users and small groups who want detailed task organization alongside habits, focus timers, widgets, and shared task lists. Tasks can include due dates, priorities, notes, subtasks, notifications, and repeat settings, giving the app more depth than a basic checklist.
Its strongest area is personal task detail. Recurring tasks support daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, and weekday schedules, while smart date recognition can interpret natural-language task text. Multiple notification types include repeating, nagging, and standard alerts. Smart Lists, customizable lists, unlimited subtasks, habit schedules, reminders, streaks, a Pomodoro timer, and a stopwatch extend Finale To Do into a broader personal planning system. Widgets cover both tasks and habits.
The Apple ecosystem fit is central. Finale To Do supports iCloud, iOS Calendar, iOS Reminders, and Apple HealthKit, with iCloud synchronization and reminder import included among the features added by Finale Pro. The Free plan provides core task-management features without ads. Finale Pro Monthly is an auto-renewing subscription, Finale Pro Yearly provides access to all features, and Finale Pro Lifetime unlocks all features once and forever. Choose Finale To Do if you want an Apple-focused planner with reminders and habit tracking in one app; users who need platforms beyond iOS and macOS should look elsewhere.
