FieldEdge is field service management software from Xplor for small and midsize contractors operating multiple trucks and service territories. It is marketed for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, locksmith, and appliance-repair businesses. The platform brings together multi-truck scheduling, dispatching, route optimization, technician mobile work orders, customer and equipment history, service agreements, recurring visits, invoicing, payments, reporting, and customer portals. Its technician-facing mobile app supports assignments, quotes, invoices, payments, notes, and documentation, with offline support for work orders. Verified platform coverage includes web and iOS.
The plan structure is organized around progressively deeper operational and reporting capabilities. Select includes dispatching, booking and scheduling, basic agreements and quotes, customer management, and pricebook and flat-rate pricing.
