Our verdict on Fibady
Fibady is a cloud FP&A platform for CFOs, controllers, CEOs, owners and fractional finance teams managing multiple legal entities. It connects with ERP systems or accounting files through an API or Excel/CSV converters, then supports consolidated P&L, balance sheet and cash-flow reporting. Its scope also covers budgeting, rolling forecasts, scenario planning, variance analysis, dashboards, custom metrics and multi-currency reporting. Workforce planning is available through the beta People module, which covers headcount, org charts, hiring, raises and departures.
Pricing is straightforward for smaller deployments. The Fibady plan costs $200 per company per month and covers companies and groups of up to 10 entities, with reporting, consolidation, cash flow, budgets, metrics, dashboards, unlimited users, permissions and roles, plus an AI agent. The annual plan costs $2,000 per company per year, includes all Fibady modules and users, provides two months free and waives onboarding in full. Groups supports 10 to 60 entities and adds dedicated implementation and onboarding, with custom connectors available. Pricing is charged per connected legal entity rather than per user, which keeps user access separate from seat-based charges.
The product’s strongest fit is for smaller companies that need more than basic budgeting but want a defined starting price. Its integrations include Odoo, Holded, Tango, SAP, Sage, QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite and other accounting or ERP systems, while dashboards and custom metrics can link to Google Sheets. That breadth makes Fibady suitable for finance teams combining planning, consolidation and workforce decisions in one environment. Companies seeking a mature, established platform or avoiding beta functionality may prefer an alternative, while teams managing up to 10 entities and needing broad FP&A coverage should find the Fibady plan more aligned.
