Fedena is a web-based school ERP for schools, colleges, and other educational institutions. It brings together student information, admissions and enrollment, attendance, examinations, gradebooks, fees, parent communication, transportation, timetables, messaging, reports, and school calendars. Administrators, teachers, students, parents, and management personnel receive role-based dashboards and logins. The product also offers mobile apps for parents, teachers, and students, making it suited to institutions that want one system for academic and administrative operations, including transport management.

The pricing structure combines a free plan with a 14-day free trial and four paid tiers. Standard costs $999 per year and includes 20 core modules, 17 standard modules, unlimited users, one-to-one online training, automatic updates, and email and phone support. Premium costs $1,399 per year and adds 10 premium modules. Ultimate costs $1,699 per year and adds 12 ultimate modules alongside the premium modules. Enterprise includes the same listed module groups as Ultimate. The vendor states that all plans include unlimited students. Paid tiers therefore suit institutions that need progressively broader module coverage rather than only core school administration.

Fedena’s ecosystem includes payment gateways, biometric and RFID devices, SMS and email, Tally, QuickBooks, Google Meet, BigBlueButton, Google SSO, Azure, and Zoom. Fee workflows cover collection, receipts, discounts, taxes, and payment integration, while attendance supports day-wise and subject-wise records. Transportation includes transport management and transport fee collection. Its open-source status and founding in 2009 add useful context for institutions assessing platform continuity and extensibility. Schools needing admissions, attendance, gradebooks, parent access, fees, and transport in one product should consider Fedena; institutions seeking only a narrow scheduling, attendance, or billing tool may prefer a simpler option.
