Its web platform combines SPanel, OpenLiteSpeed with caching and HTTP/3, NVMe storage, free SSL certificates, email hosting, and one-click WordPress installation. It also supports Node.js applications, Redis caching, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, optional SSH access, and web terminal access. For Left 4 Dead 2 server hosting, however, ExtraVM is not the right fit: its published features are centered on websites and web applications rather than game-server deployment.

ExtraVM fits buyers who need conventional web hosting with support for WordPress, Laravel, Joomla, Drupal, Node.js, n8n, MariaDB, or PostgreSQL. Weekly off-site backups, isolated Redis caching, multiple hosting locations in the United States and Europe, and optional SSH access broaden its usefulness for web projects. Choose it for websites and web applications that benefit from a control panel and managed hosting features. Choose a dedicated game-server provider instead when the requirement is to host and manage a Left 4 Dead 2 server.
