Exeechain is an AI customer-success platform for SaaS teams that need to combine customer signals into health and churn scores. It ingests product-usage, billing, support, CRM, NPS and renewal data, then provides explainable 0–100 scores with ranked drivers. The product is positioned for founders, customer-success leaders, RevOps teams and lean post-sale organizations that want a wider view of customer risk than any single operational system can provide.
Its main strength is signal breadth and the workflow layer built around those signals. Scores recalculate daily, while Slack risk alerts, daily digests, retention playbooks and approval-based save plans help teams move from identification to action. AI-generated QBR narratives, revenue forecasting, ROI reporting and a natural-language customer-data Copilot extend the platform beyond scoring. Integrations cover Stripe, Chargebee, Recurly, Paddle, Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Close, Mixpanel, PostHog, Amplitude, Intercom, Zendesk, Help Scout and Front. Teams seeking custom scoring models should look elsewhere, since that capability is not included.
The pricing structure makes the product easy to explore but more consequential to adopt. The Free plan provides a full sample workspace, unlocked features on sample data, no card requirement and no expiry; connecting and acting on customer accounts requires a paid plan. Shield costs $299 monthly or $275 monthly with annual billing and adds weekly AI churn scoring, selected connections, Slack alerts, NPS surveys and a customer portal. Multiplier costs $999 or $919 monthly and adds daily AI scoring, unlimited Copilot, save plans, QBR generation, expansion AI and ROI reporting. Higher tiers add real-time scoring, Salesforce bi-directional sync, automation, dedicated onboarding and enterprise controls. Exeechain suits teams prioritizing broad ingestion and AI; organizations requiring custom models or stronger stated security assurances should consider alternatives.
