Our verdict on Exabeam New-Scale SIEM

Exabeam New-Scale SIEM is a cloud-native security information and event management platform for mid-market and enterprise security operations teams. It brings together log data from cloud, on-premises and third-party systems, then normalizes incoming events through Exabeam’s Common Information Model. Security teams get high-performance search, advanced query builders, natural-language search, behavioral analytics, anomaly detection, threat intelligence and case management in one environment. Threat Center provides a shared workbench for alerts, detections, cases and watchlists.

The pricing model is contact sales, so adopting the platform starts with a sales engagement rather than a self-serve plan selection. Deployment is cloud-based, with web and API access. Its ecosystem covers established security and business systems, including QRadar, Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Office 365 and Salesforce. Prebuilt collectors and 7,000+ parsers can help teams bring varied sources into a normalized data layer, while threat-intelligence feeds add indicator-of-compromise scoring and enrichment.

Investigation depth is a central strength. Exabeam Nova agents provide AI-assisted investigation and response, alongside automated evidence collection, playbooks, response workflows, custom dashboards, reports and correlation-rule engineering. These capabilities suit SOCs that need to move from detection to documented case work and repeatable response actions. Teams seeking on-premises deployment should look elsewhere because the listed deployment model is cloud. Smaller organizations may also find the broad feature set and sales-led buying process less aligned with simpler monitoring requirements. Exabeam is a strong fit for established SOC teams prioritizing parser coverage, normalized events and guided investigations.
