Everhour is time-tracking software for individuals, agencies and teams that manage work through projects and tasks. It supports timer-based and manual entries, billable and non-billable tracking, reports, budgets, threshold alerts and data export. Team-management features include timesheet approvals, team timers, attendance tracking and time-off tracking. It is available on the web, macOS, iOS, Android, as a Chrome extension and through an API, making it a practical choice for teams that want time data connected to their existing workflow.

The plan structure gives smaller teams a clear starting point. The Free plan includes time tracking, projects and tasks, reports and data export for up to 5 seats. A 14-day free trial is also available. The Team plan costs $8.50 per seat per month when billed annually, with a minimum of 5 seats, and adds all features, unlimited seats, native integrations, billing, budgeting, invoicing, SSO and advanced permissions. Custom includes volume discounts, personalized demos, priority support and a dedicated manager, with a minimum of 50 seats. Teams needing advanced administration or financial workflows should consider the paid tier.

Everhour’s main distinction is how broadly it connects with project and work-management systems. Integrations include Asana, ClickUp, Jira, Trello, Basecamp, Linear, Monday.com, Notion, Todoist, GitHub, GitLab, QuickBooks Online, Xero, Zapier and Make. That ecosystem makes it suited to organizations that want tracking, budgets and invoicing close to project delivery. It is less suitable for workflows that require offline capture. Choose Everhour when project-tool integration and billing controls matter most; consider an alternative if offline tracking is essential.
