Evercycle is a cloud platform for enterprises, managed service providers, and IT hardware service providers managing device lifecycle operations. It brings asset, workflow, vendor, and lifecycle activity into one system, covering deployment, retrieval, repair, refresh, resale, recycling, audit reporting, employee communications, and device buyback. Its web and API access, employee purchasing portal, and coordination features make it particularly suited to programs where logistics, service providers, and chain of custody are central.

Pricing is structured around an enterprise parent account, child accounts, and active workflows. The Enterprise parent account costs $550 per month and includes unlimited user seats. Child accounts cost $230 per month for 0–500 devices, $500 for 501–2,000 devices, $1,250 for 2,001–6,000 devices, $2,200 for 6,001–20,000 devices, or $6,800 for 20,001–50,000 devices. Active workflows cost $90 per month for 0–500 devices or $120 for 501–2,000 devices. The published pricing calculator also states that annual-payment discounts may be available. This structure suits organizations that need multiple operational accounts, but it makes total cost dependent on account, device, and workflow scope.

Evercycle’s standout area is lifecycle logistics control. Automated retrieval, deployment, repair, refresh, and disposition workflows are paired with shipment tracking, chain-of-custody records, condition and erasure data, inventory reconciliation, valuation, forecasting, bulk quoting, and environmental impact scorecards. Integrations with Jamf, MaaS360, Microsoft Intune, NetSuite, Slack, Salesforce, Monday.com, email, and SMS extend its operational reach, while API access supports broader systems. Choose Evercycle when device movement, service coordination, recovery, and disposition define the program. Organizations primarily seeking software-license administration or a narrower, lower-cost ITAM tool should consider alternatives.
