Eventsquid is a web-based event management platform for conferences, meetings, and other in-person or virtual events. It is aimed at organizations that need configurable registration, branded event pages, attendee payment handling, communications, speaker administration, and onsite check-in in one system. Organizers can create forms for individual, bulk, guest, minor, and third-party registrations, then manage attendee records through dashboards, search, and reporting. A browser-based attendee app adds agendas, itineraries, voting, bulletins, and speaker materials.

Pricing is customized according to event size and other factors, with a live demo rather than a self-serve trial. That model suits teams that want to discuss requirements before selecting an event setup, but it makes direct plan-to-plan comparison difficult. The feature set covers much of the event lifecycle: branded websites, payment management, email and text communications, surveys, digital tickets, exhibitor space mapping, reusable speaker profiles, and spreadsheet exports. Scanning supports badges, mobile devices, and vouchers, while self-service kiosks provide another check-in option.

Eventsquid’s ecosystem is focused. Square is the listed integration, while a REST API and spreadsheet exports provide additional data paths for organizations with technical resources. Two-factor authentication is included in its compliance and security profile, and deployment is cloud-based with browser access. Small organizations that value flexible registration workflows, detailed attendee handling, and varied check-in methods should consider it. Teams that depend on a broad prebuilt integration marketplace, transparent package pricing, or support beyond chat and tickets should compare alternatives.

Eventsquid pros and cons

  • Where it wins
    • Custom forms support individual, bulk, guest, minor, and third-party registration
    • Scanning, kiosks, digital tickets, and browser attendee app support onsite delivery
    • Speaker profiles, surveys, exhibitor mapping, payments, and reporting in one platform
  • Where it doesn't
    • Pricing is customized and requires contacting sales
    • Square is the only listed native integration
    • Support is limited to chat and ticket channels
