EventRentalOS is cloud software for table, chair, party, and other event-rental businesses. It combines customer booking storefronts with date-based inventory, quotes, orders, payments, deposits, fulfillment workflows, returns, cleaning, damage tracking, notifications, reporting, and team management. Customers can check availability, book or request quotes, and pay online, while operators manage catalogs, rental windows, inventory states, customer records, and operational tasks from a browser-based dashboard. It is a strong fit for teams that need both a customer-facing storefront and detailed control over the return lifecycle.
Pricing starts with Starter at $49 per month. It includes dashboards, orders and quotes, date-based inventory and availability, Stripe cards and wallets, manual cash payments, and email confirmations and reminders. Booking websites and SMS are paid add-ons, and the plan includes a 1% EventRentalOS transaction fee. Pro costs $149 per month and adds a hosted booking website, Stripe payments with deposits and card-on-file charges, a dedicated SMS number, reports, risk alerts, and audit logs. Scale costs $349 per month and adds unlimited team members, multi-location inventory and pricing, priority support, advanced reporting, CSV export, custom domains, and branding.
Operationally, the product covers more than booking: quotes can place time-boxed inventory holds, pickup and return windows are configurable, and teams can manage pick lists, staging, ready statuses, cleaning queues, damage reports, and loss tracking. Roles and audit logs support accountability, while Stripe and Google Maps provide the named integrations. The current workflow is pickup-first; delivery pricing, routing, and driver workflows are on the roadmap. Choose EventRentalOS if storefronts, availability controls, and return tracking are central to the business.
