Eventpack is event management software for organizers, agencies, B2B teams, educational institutions, and other event professionals. It combines registration, onsite check-in, on-demand badge printing, session management, exhibitor tools, attendee apps, lead capture, and CRM integrations. Its badge workflows support attendee, exhibitor, and speaker badges, with custom designs, variable data, compatible printers, and self-service kiosk mode. The platform is available on web, iOS, Android, and through an API.
Pricing is structured around single-event packages and modular add-ons. CORE - 500 costs $2,000 per event, while CORE - 1,000 costs $3,000 per event; both include the Event Management Suite, On-site Hub, and Email Support. Registration Hub, Partner Hub, and Attendee Hub each cost $2,000 per event. Extra Check-ins cost $3 per check-in. Integration Hub and Session Hub are listed as modular options, with features including full API access, webhooks, session creation, paid sessions, and onsite session tracking. This approach suits teams that want to assemble an event stack, but costs can rise as more hubs and check-ins are added.
Operationally, Eventpack is strongest where onsite workflows matter. Attendees can check in with QR codes, name search, or manual entry, while offline check-in supports later synchronization. The attendee app can provide personalized schedules and push notifications, and exhibitor lead capture includes badge scanning. HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier, Swoogo, and webhooks support connections with surrounding systems. Teams needing a focused, lower-cost badge printer or a package with included hardware should look elsewhere; Eventpack is better suited to enterprise events that need registration, check-in, badges, sessions, and attendee tools in one modular platform.
