Our verdict on Eventory
Eventory is an event management platform for companies and organizations running in-person, virtual and hybrid programs. It brings together no-code landing pages, configurable registration forms, free and paid ticketing, email campaigns, QR-code check-in, streaming, networking, exhibitor tools, surveys, analytics and CRM follow-up. Web, iOS and Android support extends the experience across attendees, organizers, exhibitors and check-in staff, making the platform suited to branded event programs that need more than registration alone.
Its strongest case is breadth across the event lifecycle. Organizers can support live, on-demand and simulated-live streaming, while attendees can message one another and reserve meetings. Exhibitors receive pages, booths and dashboards, and teams can apply behavior analytics and scoring to attendee activity. Data can move into Salesforce, HubSpot, custom systems, BI tools or CSV workflows. That combination makes Eventory a fit for organizations coordinating marketing, event operations and post-event follow-up in one program.
Pricing deserves careful evaluation before selection. Basic, Standard and Premium are each offered in six-month and 12-month plans, with a ¥200,000 initial fee shown for every listed plan. Spot-use pricing is available by quotation, and there is no free plan. The published plan highlights therefore make the commercial structure less transparent than the feature coverage.
