eventOne is an event management platform for organizations running conferences, conventions, meetups, workshops, and similar in-person events. It combines custom attendee registration forms, promo codes, ticket types, paid ticket orders, Stripe payment processing, onsite check-in, session attendance tracking, and mobile event apps. Small and mid-market organizations can use it across web, iOS, Android, and API environments, with cloud and mobile deployment options.
Pricing is split into registration and app plans. The Registration plan costs $0.99 per attendee plus 2.5% and includes custom forms, promo codes, onsite check-in, and Stripe payment processing. Shared App costs $79 per month or $948 per year, adding registration, an event schedule app, push notifications, and session ratings. Branded App costs $129 per month or $1,548 per year and adds a branded app icon and colors to the Shared App features. eventOne states that it does not offer free trials, while free events have no registration or payment-processing fees.
