Eventira brings event websites, registration, schedules, attendee communication, check-in and reporting into one workspace for conferences, summits, workshops and other in-person, virtual or hybrid events. Its audience includes marketing teams, agencies, associations, healthcare event teams, incentive programmes and solo organisers running recurring events. Attendees can access agendas and interaction through a Progressive Web App or native iOS and Android apps, while organisers manage events in a dashboard.

Its scheduling and attendee tools are a clear focus: organisers can arrange parallel sessions, rooms and breakouts, and attendees can build personalized agendas. Messaging, live chat, Q&A, session feedback, push notifications and schedule updates support interaction during an event. QR-code check-in and live attendance status connect the programme to on-site operations. For hybrid events, Eventira supports streaming through Webex, YouTube and Vimeo, alongside integrations with Ticket Tailor, Cvent, Salesforce and HubSpot. These capabilities suit programmes that need more than a basic calendar, though teams seeking only simple appointment booking may find the event-management scope unnecessary.

According to the published plans, Solo costs $999 per event and includes the app, schedules, interaction tools, reporting and email support. Pro is $2,499 per year for 10 events, with a unified multi-event dashboard, templates, role-based workspaces and priority email and chat support. Premium is $4,999 per year for 10 events, with up to 1,000 attendees per event, a white-label mobile app, custom-domain PWA and an account manager available. The per-event entry price makes Solo a substantial commitment for an occasional event; recurring programmes may find the annual tiers more relevant. Eventira is a better fit for teams that value mobile agendas and interactive hybrid programmes than for organisers looking for a low-cost, lightweight scheduler.
