EventCreate is an event management platform for planners, agencies, nonprofits, businesses, and conference organizers. It brings event websites, registration forms, RSVP collection, ticket sales, email communications, attendee tracking, analytics, QR-code check-in, badge generation, schedules, seating charts, exhibitor tools, and attendee mobile apps into one product. Web, iOS, and Android access support both planning and event-day workflows, while the feature set suits organizers managing anything from a single small event to multiple larger programs.

Pricing is structured around attendee capacity, event volume, and the number of users. The Free plan supports 1 event, up to 50 attendees per event, and 1 user. Personal costs $5 per month billed annually and adds unlimited events while keeping the 50-attendee limit and 1-user allowance. Personal+ costs $10 per month billed annually for up to 100 attendees per event. Pro is $20 for up to 200 attendees and 3 users; Business is $30 for up to 300 attendees and 5 users; Agency is $50 for up to 500 attendees and 10 users. Corporate, Scale, and their annual monthly-equivalent prices raise capacity to 1,000, 2,500, and 15 or 25 users respectively, at $100 and $250 per month.

The strongest fit is for cost-conscious organizers that need more than registration alone. Custom questions, automated invitations and reminders, ticket sales, QR check-in, badges, session tracking, exhibitor profiles, maps, lead retrieval, and attendee networking tools cover a broad event lifecycle. Salesforce, MailChimp, and Google Suite provide three direct integration options. The attendee app extends the platform to schedules, speakers, exhibitors, and networking, although its beta status and availability in the United States, Canada, and Australia may matter to international teams. Choose EventCreate for broad event functionality at modest plan prices; consider an alternative if your events regularly exceed 2,500 attendees, require more users than the plan limits, or need a mature attendee app outside those markets.
