Our verdict on eTurns TrackStock

eTurns TrackStock is a cloud-based point-of-use inventory application for vendor-managed and customer-managed inventory programs. It is designed for industrial distributors, contractors, MRO operations, medical organizations, EMS facilities, and service-truck teams that need to scan, count, consume, order, and replenish supplies. Web, iOS, Android, and API access support stockroom and field workflows, while barcode and QR-code scanning covers orders and cycle counts.

Pricing is organized by stockroom or vehicle. Replenish costs $40 per stockroom per month or $40 per vehicle per month and includes min/max replenishment, unlimited users, items, and suppliers, plus basic reporting. Manage Lite adds usage, order, receive, and quantity-on-hand tracking, consignment inventory, automatic replenishment after usage, and scheduled email alerts for $100 per stockroom or $55 per vehicle monthly. Manage costs $249 per stockroom or $79 per vehicle and adds work orders, customizable reports, transfers, returns, and project spend limits. Optimize costs $399 per stockroom or $129 per vehicle and adds the Min/Max Tuning Dashboard, asset maintenance, tool tracking, requisitions, and kitting. Rates are presented monthly, with billing listed as semi-annual.

The platform’s strongest fit is point-of-use replenishment across stockrooms, vehicles, and distributed inventory locations. Supplier-independent ordering, vendor-managed and customer-managed workflows, consigned inventory, material staging, user-defined fields, and integrations with QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, Epicor systems, Microsoft systems, ERP and MRP platforms, business intelligence tools, punchout, eCommerce, XML, EDI, custom files, and API endpoints broaden its operational reach. AI inventory analytics, SensorBins, RFID, and electronic shelf labels extend the system beyond basic counting, although hardware costs extra. Choose TrackStock when replenishment and inventory workflow control are central; choose another category fit when broad warehouse planning is the priority.
