Ethena is a cloud-based compliance training platform for People, HR, legal, and compliance teams. Its workplace compliance course library covers common training needs, while administrators can assign learning by department, role, location, or cadence. Learners can complete interactive courses online or in facilitated classroom settings, with quizzes, knowledge checks, test-out assessments, downloadable certificates, and completion tracking included across the platform’s core capabilities.
The published plans show two tiers. Ethena Standard is designed for teams of all sizes and includes automated or one-time reminders, assignment rules by department, role, and location, English, Spanish, and French course content, and self-serve HRIS integrations.
