EasyLlama is a web-based compliance and security training platform for HR, legal, compliance, and IT teams. It combines a legally vetted course library with automated assignments, reminders, recertifications, completion certificates, policy and document management, and phishing simulations. Training can be tailored by role, location, policy, and brand, while audit-ready dashboards help organize completion records and acknowledgments. It is suited to organizations that want compliance training, security awareness, and learning management capabilities in one system.
Pricing is structured across three annual plans. Pay Per Course costs $24.95 per course per learner and includes 500+ legally vetted courses, automated assignments, 50+ HRIS and payroll integrations, reporting, and document management. Core costs $59.95 per user and adds unlimited course-library access, phishing simulation templates, real-time threat alerts, and AI-powered risk monitoring. Ultimate costs $89.95 per user and adds AI course authoring, custom course creation, PDF and document conversion, and unlimited SCORM uploads.
