Its materials describe portfolios ranging from approximately 25 to 2,500 properties, making it a fit for established agencies rather than small operators seeking a simple booking calendar.
The platform’s operational breadth is its main advantage. Managers can schedule housekeeping, create maintenance service orders, adjust rates through Rates Manager, and provide owners with availability, performance, bookings, and statements through the Owner Portal.
