Our verdict on Erplain

Erplain is a cloud-based inventory and order management platform for small businesses, wholesalers, distributors, and B2B sellers. It combines real-time inventory tracking with purchase orders, supplier management, estimates, sales orders, shipping orders, invoices, barcode scanning, reorder points, low-stock alerts, inventory valuation, and reporting. Browser access works on smartphones and tablets, while the iOS point-of-sale app supports sales and synchronizes inventory. The Business plan includes unlimited products and one stock location.

Pricing is structured across four plan levels, with annual and monthly billing. Business costs $34 per month when billed annually or $39 monthly, and includes real-time inventory updates, valuation and reports, estimates, and invoices. First costs $69 annually or $89 monthly, adding sales and purchase documents, custom price levels, multi-currency, and drop shipping. Premium costs $119 annually or $149 monthly, adding multiple stock locations, assemblies and kits, batch and lot tracking, and multiple app integrations.
