Our verdict on ePayPolicy
ePayPolicy provides online payment collection and payables tools for insurance agencies, MGAs, carriers and premium finance companies. Its branded payment pages and dashboard support ACH and card acceptance, while invoice creation, tracking and recurring billing cover ongoing collections. The product is aimed at insurance organizations that need payment workflows alongside tools for paying vendors, carriers and other network partners; it is available through web and API access.
The two monthly plans differ mainly in automation and system connectivity. Essential costs $20 per month and includes a customizable payment page, a real-time dashboard, major credit card and ACH acceptance, recurring payments, and the ability to collect and send payments. Integrated costs $50 per month and includes Essential features, plus invoice syncing with agency management systems, automated invoice notifications and AutoPay. The vendor advertises a 60-day free trial. Processing fees vary by country and state, so the subscription price alone does not describe total payment costs.
