Our verdict on Envoice
Envoice is a cloud-based pre-accounting platform for small and midsize businesses, accounting firms, and their clients. It digitizes bills, receipts, invoices, expenses, reimbursements, and e-invoices, then routes purchase documents through configurable approval workflows. The platform is available on web, iOS, Android, and through an API. Its mobile features support receipt, invoice, and expense-report submission, while comments, questions, approval history, and audit trails support collaboration and oversight.
Pricing is structured across three monthly plans. Essential costs $10 per month and includes SmartExtract AI processing, purchase invoices and e-invoices, expense reports and mileage, plus mobile receipt capture. Business costs $22 per month and adds approval workflows, travel requests and advances, and automated approval rules. Enterprise costs $59 per month and adds premium integrations, single sign-on, dedicated support, and onboarding.
