EntityFlo review
A broad entity and governance system with a free plan for one entity.

EntityFlo is a cloud-based entity management and corporate governance platform for corporate groups, family offices, property developers, investment funds, and professional service providers. It brings entity registers, officers, shareholders, cap tables, ownership structures, beneficial ownership tracing, obligations, documents, filings, resolutions, board records, and compliance monitoring into one system. Its register supports companies, trusts, partnerships, and foreign entities. The Free plan covers the first entity, includes full access to every feature, and requires no credit card, making it particularly relevant to small businesses starting formal entity management.
The plan structure expands from core records to broader operational coverage. Starter adds entity register and compliance tracking, a document vault, and Australia jurisdiction coverage. Control adds native digital signing, create, generate, file, and update workflows, plus Australia, New Zealand, and United Kingdom jurisdictions. Corporate adds multi-client management and complex holding structures, while Scale adds full jurisdiction coverage and priority support. The platform also integrates with Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, and ASIC. Its web-only platform coverage may suit browser-based administrative teams, but it is less suitable for organizations requiring native desktop or mobile applications.
EntityFlo’s standout breadth is its combination of compliance, governance, and ownership features. Users can manage renewals and deadlines, synchronize with the ASIC registry, complete eligible electronic lodgements, prepare board packs and minutes, run voting and approvals, and use AI-assisted drafting for resolutions, filings, minutes, and reports. Digital signing and full audit trails extend the system beyond a static register. Small businesses should consider it when a free, feature-complete starting point and broad entity coverage matter most. Organizations needing extensive jurisdiction reach should look toward Scale, while teams requiring a non-web platform should choose an alternative.
