Enhanced IRL review
A flexible IRL streaming service with failover, Cloud OBS, and one-destination output.

Enhanced IRL is a cloud streaming platform for IRL broadcasters using phones, bonding encoders, or OBS. It supports RTMP, SRT, and SRTLA ingest, then relays a stream to Twitch, Kick, YouTube, or another RTMP destination. The service is available through the web and combines stream-key relay with browser-controlled Cloud OBS servers. Its audience is broadcasters who need a managed path from mobile or field streaming hardware to a single publishing destination, especially when connection quality can change during a broadcast.
Pricing is divided between stream-key relay and managed Cloud OBS. Stream Key Lite costs €5 per month and includes stream relay, one stream key, and RTMP, SRT, and SRTLA ingest. Stream Key costs €9 per month and adds control of a user’s own OBS installation and automatic scene switching. OBS Basic costs €29 per month for Cloud OBS at 720p and 60 fps with browser dashboard control. OBS Standard costs €59 per month and adds 1080p at 30 fps, the full OBS interface, and remote desktop. OBS Pro costs €89 per month for 1080p at 60 fps with the full OBS interface and remote desktop. The open beta is free until 30 September 2026, with the first charge scheduled for 1 October 2026.
Its strongest fit is reliability during IRL broadcasts. Automatic scene switching is designed for dropped or weak signals, while failover protection and regional ingest zones in Europe, Asia, and the United States support geographically varied workflows. GPU-accelerated OBS encoding and browser access can reduce the need to maintain a local production computer, particularly on the OBS plans. The main constraint is output breadth: the published configuration supports one destination and does not provide multistreaming. It also does not include recording, and Cloud OBS is described as built to broadcast rather than record. Choose Enhanced IRL for managed IRL relay and failover; choose an alternative if you need multiple simultaneous destinations or recording in the same service.
