Churches can view signups and communicate with registrants without maintaining separate lists. The optional connected church website adds pages, posts, menus, media, events, forms, subscriptions, and videos through a visual page builder.
Pricing is organized around monthly SMS segments. The 500 SMS segments plan costs $49 per month and includes unlimited email, unlimited admins and team leaders, one new local phone number, and onboarding. The 1,500, 3,000, and 7,500 SMS segments plans cost $99, $199, and $299 per month, respectively, with the same listed inclusions. The connected church website add-on costs $99 per month and requires a messaging plan. This structure suits churches that value regular text communication alongside event registration, while the cost rises with messaging volume.
Engage Spot’s strongest fit is event communication rather than full event operations. Its registration, forms, confirmations, scheduled updates, broadcasts, volunteer permissions, and connected records create a useful path from signup to follow-up.
