Engage Process is a SaaS platform for organisations that need to map, analyse, document and improve business processes. Its Modeler supports drag-and-drop process design, BPMN 2.0 import and export, structured process properties, reporting and AS-IS/TO-BE comparison. The Viewer presents processes as a digital handbook with work instructions, hyperlinks, feedback and approval features. It is suited to teams in sectors such as public services, finance and healthcare that need governed process documentation across web, Windows, iOS and Android.

The platform’s strongest area is process governance and documentation. Syntax checks support structured mapping, while version control allows previous versions to be retrieved. Teams can attach documents to process steps, create reports for compliance, improvement and GDPR registers, and manage feedback, reviews and approvals. AI-assisted import can bring in process descriptions and images. BPMN exchange and exports to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF and Visio also make the platform a fit for organisations that need to circulate process material beyond the modelling environment.
