Enerflo is a web and API solar operations platform for residential solar sales organizations, installers, EPCs and vertically integrated companies. It brings sales pipeline and deal management, solar design and proposal workflows, financing integrations, digital contracting, project management, customer communications and reporting into one system. Customer project portals give homeowners access to project status, documents and communication tools, making Enerflo a strong fit for sales-led companies that want a connected customer experience across the solar project lifecycle.

Pricing is custom and based on average monthly volume. According to the vendor's pricing details, new partners also have a one-time implementation fee and a stated 12-month minimum contract. There is no free plan. The published product scope includes an Install Tracker with configurable milestones, tasks, automated communications and integrated change orders, along with custom reporting and analytics. These capabilities suit companies managing multiple handoffs between sales, design, financing, contracting and installation, particularly when milestone visibility and customer updates are central requirements.

Enerflo's ecosystem includes Aerialytic, Aurora, CallPilot, Google Calendar, HubSpot, JobNimbus, OpenSolar, Salesforce, Zapier and Zoom. It supports design handoff and customer portals, and includes AI features, while the API provides an additional integration path. The platform is designed for U.S.-based residential solar companies and is not currently available outside the United States. Choose Enerflo when connected sales, project coordination, communications and homeowner access matter more than a simple standalone tool. Companies seeking a self-serve free plan, flexible short-term commitment or availability beyond the U.S. should choose an alternative.
