eFile360 is a cloud-based web service for businesses, accounting clerks, CPAs, HR professionals, and other U.S. filers handling information returns. It supports 1099, 1098, W-2, and ACA forms through manual entry or a provided spreadsheet template. Filing options cover federal e-filing, recipient e-delivery, recipient printing, and USPS mailing, with correction filing and TIN/name checking available for ongoing administration.
Published plans use per-form pricing. E-file Only costs $3.20 per form and includes federal e-filing and e-delivery. E-file + Print & Mail costs $4.70 per form and adds printed and mailed recipient copies, while Print & Mail Only costs $3.95 per form and includes USPS mailing. The published $0.80 starting price applies to E-file Only orders of 1,001 or more forms, so the total depends on order volume and delivery method. This structure lets filers select only the delivery services they need, but print and mail requirements increase the per-form charge.
Its breadth is useful for organizations managing several information-return types and recipient workflows in one service. Spreadsheet bulk upload can organize larger batches, while Combined Federal/State Filing supports participating states and correction filing addresses post-submission changes. The service runs in a web browser with cloud deployment and offers email, chat, and documentation support; it does not provide 24/7 support. eFile360 fits solo operators through enterprise teams that want a focused filing workflow, while organizations requiring direct integrations or broader automation may prefer a more connected platform.
