Effigate is a cloud platform for managed service providers, IT services companies, digital agencies, consultants, and enterprise IT teams. It combines agile project management with a contract-governed helpdesk, priority-based response and resolution timers, support-level routing, client portals, time tracking, billing, and invoicing. The SLA model covers business hours, after-hours, and weekends, with independent response and resolution targets, pre-breach warnings, escalation rules, breach evidence, and reporting by priority, support level, agent, and contract.

The published plans show a paid model with a 7-day free trial. Professional costs $79 per month when billed monthly and supports up to 25 users. It includes SLA enforcement, contract billing, a client portal, an invoicing engine, and rate card versioning. Enterprise adds unlimited users, IP firewall rules, audit log export, SSO / SAML, dedicated onboarding, and an SLA uptime guarantee. For MSPs, the key distinction is that Effigate connects SLA performance to contract billing and billing deductions rather than treating ticket timing as a separate helpdesk function.

Effigate runs on the web and provides a tenant-scoped REST API with outbound webhooks. Listed integrations include GitHub, GitLab, Gitea, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Email, Amazon S3, Google Drive, and Dropbox. Its scope is broad: teams can manage sprints, epics, stories, tasks, tickets, support tiers, contracts, rate cards, invoices, and time tracking in the same platform. Choose it if billable SLA operations, multi-level routing, client visibility, and contract reporting are central requirements. It is less suitable for organizations seeking a free plan or a Professional deployment above 25 users without moving to Enterprise.
