Agents can run on a hosted Echo page, an embeddable website widget, or supported messaging channels.
The plan structure covers both entry-level experimentation and broader business operations. The Free plan includes a hosted Echo page and one channel. Pro costs $25 per month or $250 per year and adds messaging integrations, voice chat, image generation, advanced analytics, catalog, and calendar features. Business costs $50 per month or $500 per year and adds team collaboration, workflows, Customer Hub, API access, guardrails, and priority support. Enterprise adds custom domains, SSO, dedicated support, and custom limits.
