Its scope covers structured and unstructured processes, including forms, participants, SLAs, task assignment, dashboards, reporting, and document workflows. The published plans divide the product into focused editions and a broader bundle. The End-to-end Solution Bundle combines all capabilities in a single subscription bundle. Dynamic Case Management — Enterprise Edition focuses on enterprise case management and process automation, while Intelligent Work Automation — Omnichannel Edition adds auto-prioritization, SLA enforcement, and work capture, classification, prioritization, and distribution.
