Our verdict on EasyRisk
EasyRisk is an operational risk register for small teams, growing organizations, and regulated enterprises. It supports risk identification, likelihood-and-impact scoring, inherent and residual assessments, treatment actions, ownership, review dates, dashboards, notifications, and immutable audit trails. The web-based product uses a 5×5 risk matrix with severity bands and provides Admin, Editor, and Viewer roles. It is a focused option for organizations that need structured risk workflows without starting with a broad enterprise risk management suite.
Pricing is built around a free-forever plan and paid editor-based tiers. Free includes unlimited risks, one risk board, one editor, and standard email support. Team costs €14 per editor per month when billed annually and adds five risk boards, unlimited editors, five attachments per risk, and priority support. Business costs €29 per editor per month when billed annually and adds ten risk boards, custom risk categories and scales, board-ready quarterly PDF reports, REST API access, an AI risk copilot, and two-factor authentication. Enterprise adds SAML and OIDC single sign-on, SCIM provisioning, a dedicated tenant, EU/CH data residency, custom risk scoring frameworks, a dedicated customer success manager, onboarding, and training.
