Its manufacturing orientation includes kiln and mill operations, batch tracking, production records, GST e-invoicing, BIS compliance, and multi-plant reporting. The platform is available through web, API, iOS, and Android, making it suitable for organizations that need operational information across office and plant environments.

Its strongest differentiator is the connection between business workflows and plant data. EasyERP supports SCADA connectivity through OPC-UA and MQTT, while inventory and stores updates can be linked to production.
